Can I order a custom item? And what is the process?

Yes. Our form on the home page allows for ordering a custom item. The form asks for details about your item to get the process going, you will then be contacted for more details and things like measurements. A deposit will be collected to solidify your order placement. Wait time will vary and there will be more correspondence if necessary.
Where can I order and ship my item?

Right now we ship to anywhere in the United States. We are working toward our goal of worldwide shipping and will update our site as soon as worldwide shipping is available.
Can I return an Item?

Absolutely. We accept returns within 60 days of receiving with proof of purchase.
What if I have an allergy?

If you have an allergy to anything, not just animal fiber, we urge you to communicate that by contacting us or stating it in your order form.
How do I measure my pet for a custom item?

Measurement for a standard pet project are neck, chest, and body length.
